Jasper National Park

If you have followed us on social media, or even browsed through our website, you will have found that we love the mountains. Jasper National Park is one of our favorite spots in the mountains. We love it even more than Banff National Park – for a variety of reasons. It is a much nicer drive from Edmonton to Jasper, and it is a much quieter drive. The town of Jasper itself is not nearly as commercialized as Banff and Canmore, and even at its busiest, Jasper never feels as busy as Banff and Canmore. There are so many activities to do throughout the year in Jasper, and so many areas where you can get away from the bus loads of tourists with selfie sticks.

Every year we try to make at least 2 trips out to Jasper National Park either to camp and hike, or hang out during the winter and have fun with the loads of winter activities.

We love taking our couples to Jasper for engagement photos as well.
