Edmonton Wedding – St. Joachim’s Roman Catholic Church
Alana and Mike were married on a gorgeous June day at St. Joachim’s Roman Catholic Church in Edmonton. After a morning of mimosa’s and laughs Mike and his gentlemen waited paitently for Alana and her ladies at the church. Tears were shed as Alana’s parents walked her down the aisle, and when both Mike and Alana read their vows before all their friends and family. Following the ceremony a horse drawn carriage whisked the happy couple to Ezio Faraone park where we took their portraits, and where the bride even managed to drive the carriage for a few minutes by herself! It was a hot day outside and midway through the session the bridal party was getting hungry, so we packed everyone up into the limo and made our way to a McDonalds for a snack.
When you gotta have it, you just gotta have it. We finished up the happy couple’s wedding pictures at the Alberta Legislature building before heading to the Muttart Conservatory for the wedding reception. The entire bridal party performed a choreographed dance as their entrance much to the delight of all the guests, and it was an evening filled with laughs, tears, dancing and even a sparkler send off. Thank you for having us be part of your day!
Congratulations Alana & Mike!
