Woodvale Golf and Country Club Wedding
Rebecca and Brad’s Woodvale Gold and Country Club wedding was a gorgeous autumn day full of love.
It was a beautiful autumn afternoon when Rebecca and Brad gathered to celebrate their love and the joining of two families. This Woodvale Golf and Country Club Wedding was gorgeous.
The theme of the day was love and laughter, from the “short and sweet” wedding ceremony, through the portraits and into the reception and dance – this couple and their families roared with laughter and beamed with love…you could just feel it in the air!
The autumn leaves and city skyline made for a stunning backdrop for Rebecca and Brad’s first portraits as husband and wife.
With their fun-loving and energetic wedding party along for the ride, we travelled out to Edmonton’s Strathcona Science Park for a very fun and portrait session.
Strathcona Science Provincial Park is a hidden gem on the east side of Edmonton. This park features rolling hills covered in tall, wild grass. Against the bright blue Alberta sky this park is absolutely dazzling. We love that this park area is so well hidden away, it means that we often get the entire area to ourselves. It makes for a great location for wedding party portraits with easy access to the Whitemud and Anthony Henday.
The days events finished at the Millwoods – Woodvale Golf and Country Club, where Rebecca and Brad greeted their guests with a warm reception. The evenings entertainment included many touching and heartfelt speeches, a few rousing toasts to the bride and groom and a lot of crazy dancing. We love it when the bride and groom have an opportunity to let loose and dance the night away with their guests!
Thank you for inviting Deep Blue Photography to capture your Woodvale Golf and Country Club wedding.
We love beautiful light and Rebecca and Brad planned their wedding day around the best light. For more information on light on your wedding day, check out our resource page for couples!
