Edmonton Autumn Wedding
Thy and Jeremy are two of the sweetest people we have ever met. Their dedication to love, faith and family is inspiring and heart-warming. Thy and Jeremy’s snowy Edmonton autumn wedding was full of love, laughter and adventure.
This August Thy and Jeremy joined us in Jasper for their engagement session. Their session has become one of our most epic photo shoots yet. Punctuated by crazy wind, dramatic clouds, torrential rain and a stunning sunset, this gorgeous couple rocked the weather and their engagement session. You can see their engagement session here!
Jeremy admits that he felt a little nervous and overwhelmed on their wedding day. It was easy to see why with a guest list of over 450 people!
Thy and Jeremy’s guest list was so large that they had to move their ceremony from their regular church to the South Edmonton Alliance Church. The new church could easily accommodate all of the people who wanted to share their love and celebrate with Thy and Jeremy.
In Edmonton you never know what kind of weather you will get in October. This year the Thanksgiving weekend gave us a pretty decent snowstorm! These two troopers weren’t going to let a few inches of snow and sub-zero temperatures get in the way of their wedding portrait session. It was their enthusiasm that kept them and their wedding party in high spirits despite the weather.
After bridal party portraits, we headed to Transcend Garneau, the location of Thy and Jeremy’s first date. This cute coffee shop is where they had first met but had never returned to in all their years together. It was sweet, sentimental and absolutely perfect.
A short Tea Ceremony was held at the Mirage Banquet Hall before the formal reception began. The reception was full of love, laughter and some hilarious games.
Thank you for inviting Deep Blue Photography to be part of your beautiful snowy Edmonton autumn wedding.
