Royal Mayfair Golf Club Wedding

We could not have asked for a more picturesque summer day than that of July 28th. Janelle and Rodney’s Royal Mayfair Golf Club wedding was absolutely stunning.

Janelle and Rodney held their bright and beautiful wedding ceremony at the Winspear Centre. Family and friends were invited to the downtown Edmonton landmark to witness the marriage of two very special people. The ceremony was filled with roaring laughter, tender tears and an abundance of love.

Together the newlyweds read their vows, exchanged their rings and shared their first kiss. The enormous floor to ceiling windows illuminated this bight and beautiful couple.

These newlyweds wanted to share their celebration with all members of their family. This meant including their two sweet and fluffy Pomeranians in their wedding portraits. Ralph and Bella were dressed in their finest for the portrait session.

It is important to us that wedding photos mean something. If there is a special place, a location that means something to you then your wedding photos will capture that. For Janelle and Rodney it was the University of Alberta. The beautiful campus perched on the edge of the Edmonton river valley is a stunning location with a lot of history. Wide tree lined pathways and impressive historic buildings offered a romantic and sentimental backdrop for wedding portraits.

Janelle and Rodney joined their guests at the Royal Mayfair Golf Club for the wedding reception. The evening was filled with elegant touches and a lot of heartfelt moments. Together with family and friends Janelle and Rodney celebrated their love.

As the sun set, guests moved from the casual outdoor patio to the rocking dance party inside. The newlyweds hired a live band to play out the night and these gentlemen knew how to rock.
